Unnamed Broadway Musical: The Musical!
Fates collide at a vague orphanage somewhere in time, as a group of ragtag children, caretakers, a ghost, and a fortune teller (all orphaned) grapple, each in their own way, with the pain of existential solitude, abandonment, and being overlooked. Pluck turns to relentless optimism, the See Hag to solitude, Lucia to fantasy, Vivien to her vibrant past. Spud hides behind his act, Bernice behind her anger. Millie fights for orphan and adoptee rights, but her anger gets the best of her. Chall quietly helps and hinders, barely there, unreleased. -
